Sri Lankan recording artist, Dayan is the lead vocalist of D Tap, the owner of the voice that hypnotizes many fans. Born on 19 May 1987 in Matara, Southern Province of Sri Lanka Dayan is an equally talented composer and a song writer as well as a singer who has also moved on to composing. His thoughts were penned in the songs Landu, Hade Sithum, Pembaree, Oya atha gena that were much loved by the Sri Lankans. This dynamic performer on live stage was once a Hindustani Ragadhari music student at Rahula College, Matara who won many school, provincial and national level competitions in music establishing the promising career ahead of him.
Tharindu is the Composer who tunes-up your favourite flavor of music, Vocalist who mesmerizes with his voice and the Producer of the D Tap who stands a main figure in creating D Tap its own identity. A Sri Lankan musician from Southern Province, Matara, Tharindu started at a young age as 16 years to compose songs while he was still schooling at Rahula College, Matara. Tharindu s passion for composing didn t die out as years accumulated but took a turn to twist and mix local acoustics with the upcoming trends in the West. D Tap is his platform to put across the music difference he yearns to make. Though known by few he is also a classically trained pianist, an island-level winner of piano competitions and a scholarship holder of western music, Rahula College, Matara.
